I think this is available to set up with a rule Bib Deduplication Rule? There is one in the list about catching 035s with the same number for example. But maybe that doesn't prevent it being added but rather catches it as a potential Provisional?

This definitely should be an option. Authority records with see also, etc. tags should be as accessible as possible - especially for personal names. Many creators use multiple names or formats and it would be user-friendly to be able to search any of the terms.

The ability to more granularly look at circulation (and other) statistics on a particular bib record is very important. Currently the offerings are hard to get a without knowing SQL or having access to database information.

I thought there was a setting that allowed the auto-renewal to continue if there were other available copies and a hold gets placed? From help: "Your library can control this blocking message at the System level using the Patron Services Administration parameter Renewals: Block if there are holds. When this parameter is set to Yes, the block message is always displayed when there are requests for the title. When set to No, the block message is displayed only when the item being renewed is the only item available to fill the request. If other holdable and potentially eligible items are In, no dialog box appears and the item can be renewed."
