Oh my. We need this! We don't do serials in Leap yet, but now I see why. We do this constantly with periodicals. Serials are always changing, even more in the past 10 years or so with digital coming on. Please fix this in Leap. <3

Would love this - I recently had to make a new pattern and made a mistake in it the first time around, so I had to delete all these newly predicted issues one by one.

It is time consuming to delete predicted issues one at a time when a publication changes how often it is published.

With the addition of being able to edit publication patterns, our staff were very interested in using Leap for Serials. However, this makes it impossible to do that work solely in Leap. It would end up taking far too much of their time. And even still, jumping between the Staff Client and Leap would also be too much time.

For a weekly, sometimes you have dozens of issues predicted and having to delete them wastes a large amount of time when going one by one. Right now, I have my direct reports who use Leap just ask me to do it in Client, but that's still a bad workflow and one that we won't be able to do indefinitely.

We won't be able to have staff do serials in Leap without this

This came up in the Circulation Forum at IUG, so this issue touches staff who work at front desks, not just technical services. It's a big barrier to getting tech services staff to move serials work over to Leap. But allowing staff to bulk delete predicted issues would just be a big improvement to usability and make the process of checking in serials at the desk using Leap much faster and easier.
