In particular, I agree with the ability to register new patrons in offline Leap. The consortium I work in has a number of libraries that use this function of offline Polaris, and would appreciate having this same functionality in offline Leap.

I requested this feature probably 4 years ago at least, and was told it wasn't possible. We have the volume holds turned on, which is necessary for how we have serials and multivolume monographs set up, but would also really love to be able to let our patrons place their own item-level holds on non-serial and non-multivolume items if they wish.
