    We handle notices for numerous member libraries and provide them with a monthly tally of how many were printed. It has always puzzled me that Sierra does not accurately count the actual number of notices. I frequently observe 10 (or more!) notices being printed while Sierra logs it as only 1 or 2. Each notice, whether printed or emailed, should be accurately counted to maintain statistical integrity.

    Since not all our libraries offer Hoopla, certain patrons might be unable to access the resources they find in their search. Providing the choice to display or conceal Hoopla is crucial to prevent confusion and potential frustration among patrons.

    It is frustrating for patrons to be forced to choose from various URLs that lack clear identification of the connected library. From an accessibility perspective, we should aim to include accessible links whenever possible to spare patrons who use screen readers from having to listen to the entire URL being read aloud.
