    We handle notices for numerous member libraries and provide them with a monthly tally of how many were printed. It has always puzzled me that Sierra does not accurately count the actual number of notices. I frequently observe 10 (or more!) notices being printed while Sierra logs it as only 1 or 2. Each notice, whether printed or emailed, should be accurately counted to maintain statistical integrity.

    Having this feature would greatly reduce the potential for errors by accidentally uploading old files, as well as provide better patron service by processing files expeditiously.

    It is frustrating for patrons to be forced to choose from various URLs that lack clear identification of the connected library. From an accessibility perspective, we should aim to include accessible links whenever possible to spare patrons who use screen readers from having to listen to the entire URL being read aloud.

    Most patrons are looking for specific platforms when they search for games. Allowing them to limit by format will not only be helpful to the patron who is searching for a game that will work on the platform they have but will require less staff intervention when a patron cannot find what they need.
