I can understand why there was confusion here but we would prefer that any "adjusting" of the recorded check-in date be an option, not forced. We prefer the check-in date to be recorded as the actual date the check-in happened - regardless of any backdating. We use the check-in date to report on staff activity and to determine staffing levels.

Yes! I hate that we have to send customers to the PAC at any time - we should be able to customize this part of the experience, just like everything else!
