Discoverability and accessibility are the main purpose of an OPAC. Enhancing these with images, that are available in LEAP, would aid patrons in both discoverability by giving patrons better understanding of what the items actually are. Especially for Patrons who are visual learners.

This has been a huge problem at our location. It wastes valuable time of staff completing the pic-list.

Critical for Patron facing staff to assist Patrons in placing holds on appropriate staff. Eliminates the need for Patron facing staff to leave notes for catalogers to place items on hold when item is in hand. Holds get placed in correct order. Can even become relevant if/when the amount of holds on a volume trigger the need for multiple copies being purchased.
