We use that code to route materials through the regional delivery service after they are returned and need to go back to their home library. I think what would help would be to make the call number larger or more evident (offset it with a preface of "call number: ***" maybe?Carolyn Coulter

with 138 libraries, it is imperative that we can come up with easier ways to manage these sites. it would go a long way to be able to copy over configurations when creating a new site or making changes.

We had a patron request this, as well as the ability for each box containing an item to list the author and if the item is a book, cd, or audio

patrons would like the ability to place a hold on a title and freeze that hold until they need it, even if that title has no other holds. Now, as in Encore, if a title has no other holds you can't place a freeze on it

Right now, you have to enter the entire call number to retrieve a hit. We need to be able to search using a wildcard, or truncated search. If I want to find all the 301 dewey materials, I don't want to have to type the exact call number and cutter. that makes the call number search pretty useless.
