   Having notice templates based on p-type just like we can do in Sierra is critical to us being able to use the overdue notices in LX starter. We send different overdue notices to customers based on whether they are going to potentially be sent to collection. Seeing the word collection is a trigger for many people and we don't want to upset those who would never be sent to a collection agency.
