I think that would be "nice-to-have." However, AV material like movies can have a lot of information in the 245 $c like production companies and presenters that might have a negative impact on precise hits. For instance, Warner Bros. might show up in keyword searches for Kurt Warner, etc.

This is important because it lets patrons know where to look for similar titles on the shelf (esp. for non-fiction).
