    We had to torture a PowerPAC form into serving as our Suggest a Purchase mechanism. In a month, when my city government agency can no longer safely use the not-updated-for-accessibility PowerPAC, that form will not be viable and this lack of functionality in Discover will be more painful for us.

    Totally supportive of Jennifer Nicolotti's suggestions about limits, minimal staff intervention, and automatically placed holds.
