More details are needed in the edition descriptions to provide critical information to assist patrons in selecting or locating a particular title or one that includes the elements that they are interested in having access to.

Patrons need access to our unique e resources and the current display is unclear – this creates a roadblock for patrons wishing to access our resources through the Discover catalog. The URL links are not patron friendly, particularly when they cannot discern which one to click or find their library.

Email notices are critical communications from libraries to our patrons regarding their accounts, items on hold, etc.... Many patrons do not use text messaging and rely on email for communication. It is untenable that this issue is taking so long to be resolved in this day and age!
Please address this matter promptly - thank you.
