Even with being able to switch the display from Simplified to Auto or Full, the side-menu can come up blank. Additional tabs/icons in the Simplified view that bring users to the search function and the side-menu would improve the usability greatly for those with these accessibility features enabled. Perhaps a way to enable specific tabs within the CMS to appear in the Simplified view only.
