Pickup location should default to "Select a library" not the first library in the list
This is the same as a current improvement idea for Vega Discover (https://ideas.iii.com/forums/951766-vega-discover/suggestions/48885347-discover-pickup-location-should-default-to-select).
One of our libraries is temporarily closed and the app is defaulting to the first library in the list as a pickup location. Unfortunately, patrons don't notice and continue to place holds for pickup at a library that is nowhere near them.
We have to monitor the Manage Holds function on a daily basis to identify these holds and modify them before they go into transit.

When we have a closed library, in our large consortium this leads to a lot of problems since it currently is defaulting to the top library in the list. The default should be the home library of the patron or force them to choose pickup library. As it is, our staff have to monitor this daily.
