    We previously had Bibliocommons and are moving to Vega. We actually turned off their suggestions for purchase module because of the volume of suggestions and Bibliocommons requiring a staff member to respond to every single suggestion with an answer. What we would like to see is the ability to limit the number of suggestions per customer per month, and an automated workflow that does not require staff intervention. It is also the library holy grail if we could have a hold placed for this suggested title if purchased for the customers who suggested the purchase (could be more than one customer).

    We also desperately need the ability to hide the other options, we use option #3 and staff are constantly hitting one of the other two options making quite a lot of work on the backend to cleanup. Training only goes so far.
