We'd like the ability to transfer an item level to the bib or volume level as well. It would save several steps!

This would be a really nice feature to have! In a consortium, we do have bib records with only 1 holding and staff do place holds even though that item has a status of missing, long overdue, lost and paid, etc.
If we could define which statuses would generate the pop-up, that would be ideal. -

We're a consortium of 130+ libraries and we use the old Max Item tables to enter locations. That allows us to aggregate, for example, all DVD locations across the consortium so that a patron from Library A who's checked out the max they're allowed, can't go to Library B and check out more.
The new limits don't allow for that aggregation so we haven't implemented them. We have at least 5 different item types for DVDs, so being able to specify a range would help. -

One of our locations is closed until July and we have to monitor Manage Holds daily for the first library in the list to catch holds and correct them before they go in transit. Having a default of "Select a pickup location" would be a huge help.

I agree with Vanessa and Carolyn. We need to be able to set up default templates with our consortium branding that will be used by many of our libraries that will choose not to create their own. Without a copy function, as LX Starter is now, we would need to manually set up 9 templates for each of these libraries.

When we implemented repeated bills for our consortium, one of the first questions asked, was if the bills could have different verbiage, so we would appreciate this feature as well!

I agree, we've received numerous complaints about this over the years from our member libraries. For example, a book club has 15 holds for one title, a library with 1 available copy has the title repeated on their paging list 15 times.
