Since Statement of Charges allows the use of Print Templates, that preference would need to be followed.

Mike asked for some clarification, and I can see why because I refer to "statement of charges" and then mention "a list of what they have out". I would like the ability to customize a notice that prints what appears on the Fines Summary print out.

Where do I need to print this report?
From the checkout module after I have opened a patron record.

How do I print this report now?
I print it using the "print" icon at the top right of the checkout module.

Why do I need to modify the list?

1) There is a privacy issue for us when the patron name appears at the top of the current "fines summary" report.
2) We need more metadata for the customer including date due
3) The status defaults are meaningless to customers - they can see "remaining lost", "lost", "manual" etc.
4) We would like the report branded with our library (text and/or icon)
5) We would like to increase the font size to be our approved standard.
6) We want to remove the "location" field from the report.

It would be very helpful to be able to print a Statement of Charges directly from a patron record (and have it formatted for 8-1/2 x 11 paper and mail-ready).

For context, we are a 138-library consortium, all notices are Auto Notices, and we do not run Statement of Charges for the consortium. Yes, you can run a statement for 1 patron in the Notices function, but this requires consortium staff intervention since that permission is locked down to consortium staff. It would be much simpler for our member libraries to be able to print such a statement on an as-needed basis.
