We would like Sierra pop-up messages to be displayed in the patron account in Vega.

We use these messages to communicate important information to our patrons. As more of our services are now self-service, patrons have fewer opportunities to interact with staff at the service desk. We therefore need an effective way to communicate with them directly through the systems they use.

We understand that other libraries have previously requested this functionality and that the suggestion has since been closed. However, we still consider this an important feature for effective communication with our patrons, particularly when we need to share important information.
