Some patrons are getting confused on why they are being charged for items when they are returned, even though they returned damaged. We would like to be able to note when a charge on an item is for a damaged item. In Polaris at least, this could perhaps be taken from the note in Charge Properties, or, if possible, the custom note you can add to sending a bill when marking an item damaged. I've added screenshots of these two places.
