An error occurred while saving the comment I have seen this behaviour too (in 7.3 and 7.4). There are separate permissions for access (view), create, and modify, but the system seems to be bringing up the modify block when staff are attempting to view. Seems like a bug to me.

An error occurred while saving the comment This would be more consistent and prevent issues when the pickup location change is being made by someone who can't immediately grab the item.

An error occurred while saving the comment Yes, this would make the new functionality must more usable! Using the new item field in item records would allow greater granularity in categorizing items, by freeing up the collection code.

Just to set expectations, our strategy at this time is for users to access reports through the SSRS portal. As Eleanor mentioned in her comment, we are adding customizable menu options to Leap in 7.5 with the intent that they be used to link users to the reporting interface.
An error occurred while saving the comment There is the custom links menu coming in 7.5 (https://portal.productboard.com/iii/6-innovative-product-status-board-new/c/571-customizable-report-menu-options-in-leap), but it sounds like you would like to see full access to the SSRS report folders via Leap.
At my consortium we share the SSRS site with staff. Some reports are still accessed through the client (mostly print notices (now in Leap) and acq reports), but other reports are usually accessed directly from SSRS, either ad hoc or via a subscription. However, for staff who are used to going through client reports, I can see how having an equivalent in Leap would help with the transition.

An error occurred while saving the comment Yes, this is an important area of PAPI functionality that is missing. We would love to standardize password reset with our registration and account login experiences.
