WebSA branch hours-modifying permissions
Presently in the Polaris client there are two paths to updating a branch's hours of operation in the Administration Explorer. The first is to access the table in the SA path Parameters > Patron Services > Hours of Operations; the second is to right-click the branch name, choose to edit it, and in the new window that opens go to the Tools menu and choose 'Define Hours of Operation'. The first of these two approaches requires the permission 'Modify parameters: Allow', and the second does not.
We rely on staff being able to use the second approach for editing hours because it makes more sense for them to update these directly in our large system, but it would be problematic to give them broad parameter modifying capabilities. However today the branch hours can't be modified in Web SA without giving a user these broad permissions. Therefore we'd like staff to be able to change branch hours of operation without requiring the Modify parameters permission.

This is one of the last few things that is preventing me from leaving behind the old Polaris client, which I desperately wish to do. It would be very inconvenient for us to have to submit a ticket every time one of our branches changed their open hours - our consortium is huge.

As a branch manager responsible for a set of libraries within a larger consortium, I need access to this in PolarisSA without the broader permissions that full administrator access would give me.

Including this access in PolarisSA without broad permissions is important in our consortial setup. It is a big piece of the shift to using the webapps.

We haven't thought about giving this permission to staff directly but it would be a big improvement over them having to open a ticket, especially if we could give them a link to do it directly in WebSA.
