Create item record from invoice line
We would like the ability to create an item record from an invoice line in Leap. This is especially useful when manually building invoices, and can be done in the staff client.

This was identified by TS staff as a feature needed to move towards Leap. "This doesn't come up often but we do use this feature in the Client"
