In Canada, prices remain whatever it is to the penny. All credit/debit transactions are then processed as is, and cash transactions are rounded up or down to the nearest five cents (up or down depending on the amount). I checked with one of the libraries in the system I work in, and they don't do anything in terms of consolidating their till with Leap reports, so it doesn't affect anything that way.
I'm not opposed to this idea in theory, but I would want to have the option to toggle this on or of, because some Saved Searches I wouldn't want to have show on the Resource pages (i.e. New Arrivals This Week).
