Account Portal : Checkouts & Holds & Reading History
In the account portal the 3rd option on the left includes Checkouts & Holds & Reading History. There is not enough space for those 3 terms. The text will not wrap. If the text cannot wrap, can we have a separate option for "Reading History". We have had many customers ask if that could be on a separate page.

Lots of confusion around Reading History. Would be nice if it was more clear and harder for customers to erase.

A Reading History tab would solve both formatting and customer services issues. Our customers can be very Reading History-focused and when they can't readily find it, it ends in lots of frustration and sometimes, as Danielle mentioned previously, actions that actually erase the Reading History. Reading History as its own, dedicated tab is an expected, customer-forward choice that would be in line with other reading platforms.

For some reason our patrons are confused about Reading History and often uncheck the box erroneously. This would help.

Agree. Put Reading History on its own tab if you can't make it fit (increase that column width?). And if there is some reason to keep them all on one tab, then be consistent - the overview tab shows just checkouts and holds, no button for Reading History.

Since we switched to Discover, we have had a number of patrons who are unable to find their Reading History since it is not indicated in the Account Portal sections. This text needs to be wrapped, or Reading History needs to be pulled into its own section.
