eReceipts are friendlier and, thus, would be more likely to solicit action. Customers would be more likely to engage with their accounts and the library web presence overall.

I'm in particular interested in the following point since I manage these lists by myself (although we could have multiple users in the future):
- ability to view metadata at a glance including creation date, published date, last updated date, owner login

So much basic customer service is lost if this isn't remedied. We rely on accurate search results to serve customers and we also lose the discovery element of the customer experience when not all areas of the record are crawled/displayed.

A Reading History tab would solve both formatting and customer services issues. Our customers can be very Reading History-focused and when they can't readily find it, it ends in lots of frustration and sometimes, as Danielle mentioned previously, actions that actually erase the Reading History. Reading History as its own, dedicated tab is an expected, customer-forward choice that would be in line with other reading platforms.
