Please disable this. We haven't started using kiosks yet, but we will not start until this issue is corrected as it sounds like a nightmare for public services.

We need to have a way to communicate the charges our customers are being billed for and what items are involved.

This is very problematic for customers who may think we offer notices in languages we don't have. Just because we offer materials in certain languages doesn't mean that our notices are available in this language. They need to be separate tables or have the option to suppress.
