Allow libraries to choose how dates display throughout Vega Discover with options for:
MMDDYYYY
DDMMYYYY
YYYYMMDD
YYYYDDMM

Original Request:
Right now in edition information the due date is formatted YYYY-MM-DD. Can you format it MM-DD-YYYY instead?

    I would vote not to change it. Is it possible to make it editable instead rather than only one format?
