We've had this happen multiple times. Aside from causing confusion, for libraries with hundreds of held items, it can be time-consuming trying to find the item on their hold shelves.

Another option would be to add the ability to bulk change the selected patrons from a record set in Leap (instead of all records in the record set), so you could use the filter to find all patrons with the same registered library. This would make the requirement of entering a registered library when changing the patron code more practical. Currently, you have to create separate record sets for each registered library which is very time-consuming.
