Hard-code phone number format in LEAP. This will ensure all phone numbers are input in a uniform manner making searching easier and more accurate

I think this could be helpful, if there is some way to include in search functionality. You have to know to include wildcards if you want to search by phone, so if that makes it better, well done!

I could agree to this only if there is a method of indicating the format of the phone number somewhere in the library or system level settings. There are more phone number formats available in the world than just those used in North America.
