    I am not sure why this is Idea Exchange issue. Innovative Support noted that:
    "This is not in Known Issues, because it cannot be resolved as a bug. This is a documented system limit and would require design and development to resolve".

    Is it common for a user group to vote on this type of technical issue? If so, does the IUG need to develop a work around (like a fixed field called active/expired?)

    We are planning to add the item cost to overdue notice data so it can be included in overdue notices sent through LX Starter as of Sierra 6.7.

    
    

    Additional changes will be needed in LX Starter before the new data can be included on emails for overdue items.
