limit to ... (branch) filter unusable without "on the shelf" filter
The "limit to..." filter allows you to limit your search to titles associated with a library. Similar to how Encore worked, this is of no use to our customers because the item could be checked out or checked in. Vega Discover finally introduced a filter of "on the shelf", and this is needed in the Innovative Mobile.

Because we have both Vega Discover and Vega(or Innovative?) Mobile, the more similarly they can behave in searching and filtering, better the experience is for our patrons.

This facet is also difficult to use because when formats are rolled up, the default format that is at a specific location is not highlighted. Customers have to manually check each format to see which one is at that location.
