An error occurred while saving the comment Kathryn Brew commentedThis is important to any library that uses a custom URL. Currently any Vega-generated email using the share button (for individual works, authors, subjects, search results, lists, etc.) directs them to the iiivega.com URL. These emails are also un-customizable, which doesn't help.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kathryn Brew commentedOur member libraries would like to be able to edit the "library info" widget themselves. The widget isn't linked to sites, so they can’t. This is another case where associating logins to locations would be useful. If users/sites/features can be linked to the list of locations, people with permissions linked to a location could edit various things, including any sites associated with that location, the library info widget, other users and showcases within that location group, closed locations, etc.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kathryn Brew commentedIt would make sense to be able to add integrated links to collection sites (when applicable) in the "library info" widget, which already has a dropdown list of locations. Not a replacement for their website link, but a way for it to feel like a patron is going to different collections in the same consortium/catalog.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kathryn Brew commentedI would like to suggest a related relevancy improvement that is maybe asking for the same thing. When ordering/ranking exact title matches in the search results, don't consider the subtitles.
For example, “From scratch: a memoir of love, Sicily, and finding home” by Tembi Locke - if someone searches under All for “from scratch,” they first see less popular (based on how many items we have in the system) resources just titled "From Scratch" before the ones with titles that contain “from” and “scratch” and other words, then eventually followed by the one titled “From Scratch: [subtitle].” It accidentally gives weight to the absence of a subtitle over the existence of one, even though a regular patron would usually just consider the bit before the colon to be the title.
Another example: “Maid: hard work, low pay, and a mother’s will to survive” by Stephanie Land. If you only search for “maid,” the record with the full subtitle appears on page 3 after “Maid Marian,” “Death of a Maid,” etc. In some cases (such as this), the digital records from Overdrive don't include the subtitle and don't roll up. The eBook/eAudio result therefore appears at the top of the search results, which is fine except that it makes it look like we only have digital formats of that work. We would like the resource to still be at the top of the search results if we add the subtitle and make it roll up with the physical formats.
Like this idea https://ideas.iii.com/forums/951766-vega-discover/suggestions/49035014-enhance-url-linking-to-include-syndetics-lexile-re also points out, the Lexile and other Syndetics stuff being a plugin limits its ability. From a patron perspective, it can also be confusing to have different age-based data coming from Syndetics and the MARC records. If they could somehow be more seamless, that would be ideal.
