I see that the "planned" feature says "Please note that this does not include Vega-created: Related Resources, Topics, and Contributors."
So when we scope a site to just children's collections, the adult items in our libraries don't show up in the search, but they DO show in all the related resources and subjects? If so, I agree - the scoping needs to extend to the whole site, not just the search.

We see this problem frequently. If it is possible to separate out the subtitle for exact title matching, it would make so much sense.
I think this is the same as another suggestion which was marked as complete because I don't think Innovative understood what was being asked: https://ideas.iii.com/forums/951766-vega-discover/suggestions/48830501-relevancy-improvement
Example from that thread:
Search phrase: not the end of the world
-First you get resources titled just “Not the end of the world”
-Then you get resources titled “Izzy at the End of the World,” “The end of the world,” “Running in Flip-Flops From the End of the World,” etc. etc.
-Then you eventually get to “Not the end of the world : How We Can Be the First Generation to Build a Sustainable Planet.” This book should be ranked as highly as the first group.
As I said in the other idea, it gives weight to the absence of a subtitle over the existence of one.
