   Yes, people in our consortium have consistently wanted the locations filter higher and more obvious. It would be good if the site settings allowed for the order of the filters to be customized.

   Having different, configurable scheduling options for different communication channels makes sense because people have different relationships, for example, to their phone vs their email inbox. It would help with customer service and aid in libraries developing a modern communications strategy.
