As an FYI, that pop-up is one of the ones you can have disabled in 7.7 as part of the "Suppressing Nonblocking Circulation Notes" features that is new in that version. There are other notes you can block as well if you like but you don't have to. This feature is quite popular here!

@Ellie Oooh, that's a good question. I don't believe so. We're good with suppressing all of them, regardless of location. I can see why a library might want to control it by location - though.
