Having the hours synch up would allow us to use this technology to work smarter, not harder. By adding this feature, it would save us time and we would be more efficient.

I would love to offer that option to our patrons who use the mobile app. They can access their reading history from logging into the web, but I thought the point of the mobile app was to be more user friendly, one stop shopping. Make the app more convenient to use by adding the patron's reading history as an opt-in.

I request that you prioritize fixing this issue affecting emailed notification deliverability to our patrons. Certain email addresses are listed on LX Starter's account's suppression list, resulting in bouncebacks. Additionally, our emails are being classified as spam for some recipients. The recipient patrons may have mistakenly marked it as spam. I understand there is currently no way we can move them back on our own.
We kindly request immediate removal of our patrons' email addresses from the suppression list, as well as any necessary adjustments to ensure our emails are not marked as spam. These emails are vital for communication with our patrons, and their proper delivery is essential. We need to keep our patrons happy! Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Patrons should not be impeded when searching for information in our catalog. Let's make it as easy as possible, without this barrier to translate their library's URL links.
One-third of our patrons check out electronic materials and think they're free to us. They may not ever even come into the library. I whole-heartedly support this option to inform our patrons how valuable our library is to them! We can grow informed library supporters by using this option.
