In a consortium setting there needs to be the ability to block holds from patron accounts when a patron account is blocked due to fees or unreturned materials.

PATRON REGISTRATION – LEAP & PAC, control over menu option displays
Allow control over what options show for Notices Address, Notification Option, and Text Messaging Phone on Leap and through Patron Registration via the PAC. Being able to remove menu items that don’t apply would solve notice issues. The drop down menus that list None and other non-system options create notification issues that could be avoided with control over these settings.
