   Having Vega Discover create a group hold for all bibs in a format when selecting any additional would also be something worth considering. Holds going to a single bib is causing conflict between acquisitions and cataloging staff. Acquisitions want to merge bibs to reduce how long it takes for holds to be filled. While Vega Discover does use logic to pick which bib to place the hold, it assumes that checked out items will be returned. Cataloging does not want to merge bibs when doing so goes against standards and could cause issues down the road.
