Add support for a patron's preferred pickup area in Polaris
Polaris supports a preferred pickup branch for patrons. This request is to extend that support to allow the patron to set a preferred pickup area.
Many patrons prefer to 100% always use a particular pickup area, for example outside lockers. So, they shouldn't have to select that area everytime they make a request.
This would allow them to set their own preferred pickup area the way they can set a preferred pickup branch. This preferred pickup area should also be used when the staff bulk places a title on hold for a batch of patrons, again the same way the preferred pickup area is used.

A colleague mentioned to me that if a library has preferred pickup LOCATION turned on, the patron will see a "make this my default" checkbox that appears below the pickup area dropdown menu, strongly suggesting that default pickup area is supported even though it is not. If this support can't be added, could the wording on the box be updated to clarify that checking it will only set the pickup branch, NOT the pickup area within that branch?

This is key for libraries to be able to implement Pickup Areas without feature loss. We are one of the many libraries that set up a whole extra branch for a second pickup area in the same branch. We wound that branch down and now we have a lot of crabby patrons who feel like they LOST the ability to choose their preferred pickup spot when this feature was turned on.

Although in an ideal world, I suppose it might be nice for the patron to have a preferred area for "each" branch. Just extending the single branch + preferred pickup location would be a huge help for us. In fact renaming this setting/option from preferred to default might better reflect that there can only be one per patron account.
