Description:

When patrons search the catalogue in Vega Mobile, they should be able to see:

1. The due date for any item that’s checked out
2. How many holds are on the title

Why this matters:

At the moment patrons can only see that an item is “checked out”. They can’t tell if it will be back tomorrow or in three weeks, or whether ten people are already waiting for it. That’s the information they need to decide whether to place a hold, borrow a different format, pick another branch or buy the book.

Suggested behaviour:

1. Show the due date next to the item’s status in search results and on the title details screen (for example, “Checked out – due 14 Nov”)
2. Show the hold count on the title record (for example, “3 holds on 5 copies”)
