Enhance Unsubscribe Page
The unsubscribe page should include all subscription options from our sign up form, so that recipients can manage their marketing subscriptions from one place.

As we've rolled out branch specific newsletters in addition to our regional one, we would greatly appreciate an enhanced unsubscribe page so users can manage all promotional newsletters that they wish to receive.
