View design of completed email
In Marketing > Completed it would be great to be able to see the exact message that went out.
I love that we are able to see the send info and performance of the email, but I would like to be able to go back into what the email looked like without having to duplicate it or find it in my received email. Being able to open it would make it an easier cross reference.

Embed List-Unsubscribe Header in Promote mailings
Please incorporate the List-unsubscribe feature into Promote mailings. This addition will empower recipients to discontinue receiving emails without the requirement to click an unsubscribe link or mark the sender as spam. By allowing recipients to opt-out directly, it alleviates the need for formal unsubscribing or filing a spam complaint. This enhancement significantly contributes to maintaining the reputation of senders.

Patron's opt-out overrules all imports or segments
In our current mass mailing system, we have the capability to ensure that a patron who has opted out of our mass mailers remains in that category. We would like to guarantee that this functionality persists when using Promote, whether we utilize our own SQL queries to identify patrons or rely on built-in segments. Regardless of the method, it should consistently prioritize excluding these specific patrons from the mailing list.

There is a forgot password workflow users can access from the login page. There is also a way for Super Admins to send password reset emails to users from within LX Admin. https://documentation.iii.com/promote/Promote/Admin/SendResetPasswordLink.htm
