Need a Renewals Remaining Merge Tag
There needs to be a Merge Tag which coincides with Renewals Remaining. I'm told that the current Merge Tag only applies to Renewals Used.

This is another area we repeatedly hear confusion from patrons. Items that cannot be renewed because they are on hold for other patrons should not be shown to patrons in notices. It's a missed opportunity, having to remove this from notices because it causes confusion and frustration.
