We would like to have the ability to add text before the patron's name - depending on their patron type. Right now we use Putty path AASOC #072 to call a message for our children's cards that reads " To the parent or guardian of", we would like that same functionality in LX starter.

We have almost the identical need - including the Admin Corner path AASOC #072 detail - except in our case we display a variable-length field from the patron record which is literally the parent or guardian name of that minor patron.
Considering how many of the notices are targeting a party who is financially responsible for borrowed items (courtesy notices, overdues, bills), the lack of a standard Parent or Guardian field in the Sierra patron record is a major oversight IMO. Since Admin Corner provides the option of designating a field to precede the patron name on notices, LX Starter should follow suit.
The current lack of this feature is likely to delay our go live with LX Starter until this feature is implemented.
