Allow Customization & Addition of Transaction Categories in Reference Log Mode
As displayed, the transaction category types in Reference Log mode include Information Referral, Unscheduled Reference Instruction, Assist in Using Information/Resources, & Directional Assistance.
While these seem to cover the necessary bases, we would appreciate the ability to relabel them to match local naming conventions.
It would also be useful to be able to add additional categories &/or combine counts. For example, Directional Assistance + Telephone, Chat/Email, In Person.

The usefulness of additional/customizable transaction types came up again in a meeting today. We got a request for the addition of a Technology Instruction category & Patron Account category.
