    This is VERY important for our patrons as well.

    It would also be helpful to have renewals say if there are holds or not so the patron can tell if the renewal is denied due to holds. Please see attached example from the PAC.

    Both would be ideal! That way it is the best of both worlds and there is no confusion between renewals taken and renewals remaining...
