   We would like to see impersonate be able to search for patrons immediately, so that patron registrations can be found by staff. Currently, this can not be done when the registration is done by staff on the staff page.

   Knowing when our patrons use their cards is an important part of our patron retention. System functions like batch check in should not update the Circ Active field.

    As a workaround, you can create a custom question template to collect the grades of attendees or confirm they are in a specific grade.

    We're aware of the custom question as a workaround, it was covered in our training. Grade limited programs, rather than age limited programs, are still incredibly important to our libraries and patrons.
