Agreed! And better staff training won't solve this issue. Besides, my philosophy is that mistakes shouldn't cause that much pain.

We use one of the User-Defined Fields for Parent / Guardian but I can see the utility of having it be a separate field that's always available to display and thus freeing up a UDF for other purposes.

Only a few of our front-line staff would make use of this because they've never used the Polaris client - we went live with Leap only for those staff. As a result, CCL isn't something they've been exposed to that much.
That said, our back-office staff would find this useful as they make the switch to Leap. Also, the macro possibilities would be useful.

Yes! This is such a pain in Leap and invites mistakes.
