Make Ability to Replace Bib Records Permission Based
Currently everyone with the bib modify permission can Replace (merge/overlay) bib records. However, in a consortium, our libraries staff have different cataloging expertise so we would like to limit the people who can Replace.
We would like to request that the ability to Replace (merge/overlay) bib records be made permission based so that we can assign that permission only to staff who should be able to overlay records.
