Obviously, if you were targeting Q3 of 2023, there's been a delay, but is this still planned? What kind of limit are you expecting to put in place?
We see circumstances similar to Janet's. For example, +500 soft bounces for notices sent out this weekend alone & a small number of staff who have to address them manually.

Every step toward greater accessibility is a welcome one. Library workers have wildly diverse needs that we'd love to see Sierra not only meet, but exceed & allow for a personalized, staff-managed, user experience.
