Modify Estimated Price Via Rapid Update

Our Acquisitions staff does not use List Price when ordering, & is hoping that Estimated Price could be modifiable via Rapid Update. At the moment, this would help them modify 200+ order records, which they now have to do manually.

    So this is a weird way to do exactly this currently, but only for serial records with a paid status of d or f. So there is some pre-existing functionality that could be built on in theory.
