This has come up at multiple meetings with our circ colleagues as a pain point. Having the title duplicated on the paging list doesn't serve a practical purpose for staff members pulling items to fill holds, and it's ultimately a source of confusion and a waste of paper.

This is something our library needs as well, for the same reason. Sometimes a patron has a complaint about a notice (or lack of notice) for a specific item, and we need to be able to see which titles were in a given notice in addition to when it was sent/received/opened.

This is critical functionality for us. We lost renewal notices when we migrated to LX Starter from our previous vendor and have been waiting for them to be launched for the past year. Currently we're managing notification of patrons with expiring accounts manually.

We have a scenario where it's more helpful to continue showing the message when the account is opened (instead of only when trying to collect payment): in our libraries, payments aren't accepted at the service desk but only at the selfcheck kiosks and on our website, and the lock can interfere with those transactions. Having this popup appear when the patron's record is opened at the desk can help staff identify why a patron is having trouble making a payment on the kiosk. I agree that clearer wording would be very helpful, as we frequently get questions about this.
