This is really important when you have multiple branches. No one wants to get alerted to things that don't concern them, and generic email addresses are really important for services such as this (e.g., staff can't use their own emails due to vacations/absences/etc.)

This would be very useful. We have had patron complaints about the renewal emails. One patron reported that it's hard to tell what was renewed and what wasn't. The patron also reported that he tried to look at his account in Discover, but he doesn't like how you can only view a few items at a time.
